Meet the team

Ramon is a registered specialist in prosthodontics. He qualified from The Royal London Hospital in 1994 and gained his Masters degree in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics in 1998. In 2002, he became a partner in Group Practice 40 Harley Street. In October 2020, Ramon started his own surgery at 19 Wimpole Street. He continues to work closely with renowned and trusted periodontists in restoring complex implant cases. Ramon is a member of the British Society of Restorative Dentistry (BSRD), British Society of Cosmetic Dentistry (BSCD) and British Dental Association (BDA), and is very committed to post-graduate training.

Josephine qualified from The Royal London Hospital Dental School of Hygiene and Therapy in 1987, and has worked with Dr Badalbit for one day a week since 2016. She has a special interest in treating periodontal problems and regularly attends events to bring the latest knowledge, methods and techniques to her patients.

Jessica qualified from The University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand, and has worked with Dr Badalbit for one day a week since 2016. She aims to deliver pain-free and thorough treatment, prioritising better oral health for her patients. Jessica is well-known for her informative and kind approach and regularly attends dental conferences and seminars to expand her knowledge.

Crina Fanea is a fully qualified and experienced dental nurse. Originally from Romania, Crina is hard working and eager to learn. She works closely with the practice management team to deliver quality dental care to patients in line with CQC and GDC guidelines, as well as the latest health and safety requirements, and is always striving to improve her skills. She enjoys all aspects of dental nursing, but finds the most rewarding aspect is the positive impact good dentistry can have on patients’ lives. In addition to English, Crina speaks fluent Romanian and Spanish.

Ramina has over 25 years of experience in establishing and managing business operations in various industries. She holds both a Bachelor (BA) degree in Business Management and Finance, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. She joined Dr Badalbit’s practice in October 2020.

Born in Madrid, Sandra began her career in law. After completing a law degree at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, she moved to central London 15 years ago and worked within the legal field. Now, Sandra works within dentistry, dividing her time between parenting and managing all the administrative tasks of 19 Wimpole Street, including overseeing our social media channels.
